Delete your Cast to TV account
Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Cast to TV and go to Help & settings.
- Open Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If asked, sign in with Google once more to confirm it is you.
Your sign-in account and your account record are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email (no app needed)
Use this if you uninstalled the app or cannot open it. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Email support@onlyapps.work with the subject "Delete my Cast to TV account".
Subject: Delete my Cast to TV account
Please include:
- The Google email address you used to sign in to Cast to TV.
- A line saying you ask us to delete the account and its data.
Send the email from that same Google address if you can. If you send it from a different address, we may ask you to confirm you own the account before deleting it.
We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted

What is kept
- Purchase records: Google Play keeps payment and order records under its own policy. We cannot delete them. Pro belongs to the Google Play account that bought it, so deleting your Cast to TV account does not refund the purchase. For refunds, see Google Play's refund options.
- Support emails: if you wrote to us, we may keep that email thread for the time needed to handle your request, and delete it afterward.
- Deleting your account does not delete your Google Account. It only removes your Cast to TV account.
