Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Fulfillment Master game ("the game"). By installing or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. See also our Privacy Policy.
2. The game
Fulfillment Master is a single-player idle management game. It is free with ads. Some content is optional and paid through Google Play. Features, balance and content can change in updates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- Gold, Diamonds, staff cards and other in-game items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are licensed for use in the game only.
- Paid products are sold through Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment and refunds follow Google Play's terms and refund policy. We do not receive your payment details.
- VIP Boxes contain random items. The drop rates and the guarantee rule are shown in the game next to the purchase button. Results are random, and we do not promise any particular item.
- One-time purchases (such as removing ads) belong to the Google Play account that bought them and can be restored on that account. Time-limited packs end after their period.
5. Ads
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards are given only after you finish the ad. If an ad does not load or does not finish, no reward is given. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Progress, offline earnings and device clock
- Your progress is stored on your phone, and in Google's cloud save if you sign in with Google Play Games. We cannot restore progress that was lost with your device or that you deleted.
- Offline earnings are calculated by the rules shown in the game (a limited number of hours, and a share of net profit). They use your phone's clock. Changing the clock to gain an advantage may give you no benefit, and results may be adjusted.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat with modified apps or tools, interfere with ads or purchase checks, reverse engineer or tamper with the game except where the law allows, or use the game in a way that breaks the law.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its design and its name belong to the developer, who grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on your devices under these terms. Google, Google Play, Google Play Games, Firebase and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC. Fulfillment Master is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
9. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Some places do not allow some exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost progress, data or profit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms, or end the game; if we end it, we will try to give notice in the game or on this site.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and its courts can hear disputes, except where mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.

1. 약관에 대하여
이 약관은 풀필먼트 마스터(이하 '게임')를 이용할 때 적용됩니다. 설치하거나 플레이하면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 마세요. 개인정보처리방침도 함께 확인해 주세요.
2. 게임
풀필먼트 마스터는 혼자 즐기는 방치형 경영 게임이며 광고 포함 무료입니다. 일부 콘텐츠는 선택 사항으로 Google Play를 통해 유료로 판매됩니다. 기능, 밸런스, 콘텐츠는 업데이트로 바뀔 수 있습니다.
3. 이용 자격
만 13세 이상(국가별 기준이 더 높으면 그 나이)이어야 합니다. 거주 지역에서 미성년자라면 결제 전에 보호자와 상의해 주세요.
4. 가상 아이템과 결제
- 골드, 다이아, 직원 카드 등 게임 속 아이템은 가상의 것으로 현금 가치가 없고 판매·양도할 수 없으며, 게임 안에서만 쓸 수 있도록 허락됩니다.
- 유료 상품은 Google Play를 통해 판매됩니다. 가격, 세금, 결제, 환불은 Google Play의 약관과 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 저희는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- VIP 상자에는 확률형 아이템이 들어 있습니다. 확률과 확정 규칙은 게임 안 구매 버튼 옆에 표시됩니다. 결과는 무작위이며 특정 아이템을 약속하지 않습니다.
- 1회성 구매(예: 광고 제거)는 구매한 Google Play 계정에 귀속되며 그 계정에서 복원할 수 있습니다. 기간제 상품은 기간이 끝나면 종료됩니다.
5. 광고
무료 게임에는 Google AdMob 광고가 나옵니다. 보상형 광고는 선택 사항이며, 보상은 광고를 끝까지 본 뒤에만 지급됩니다. 광고가 로드되지 않거나 끝까지 재생되지 않으면 보상은 지급되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
6. 진행 정보, 방치 수입, 기기 시계
- 진행 정보는 휴대전화에 저장되며, Google Play 게임즈로 로그인하면 Google 클라우드 저장에도 보관됩니다. 기기와 함께 잃어버렸거나 직접 삭제한 진행 정보는 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
- 방치 수입은 게임에 표시된 규칙(제한된 시간, 순이익의 일부)에 따라 계산되며 휴대전화 시계를 사용합니다. 시계를 바꿔 이득을 얻으려는 행동은 효과가 없을 수 있고 결과가 조정될 수 있습니다.
7. 금지 행위
변조된 앱이나 도구로 부정 행위를 하거나, 광고나 구매 확인을 방해하거나, 법이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 게임을 역분석·변조하거나, 법을 어기는 방식으로 이용하지 않기로 합니다.
8. 지식재산권
게임, 디자인, 이름은 개발자에게 있으며, 개발자는 이 약관에 따라 이용자의 기기에서 플레이할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 개인 이용권을 부여합니다. Google, Google Play, Google Play 게임즈, Firebase, AdMob은 Google LLC의 상표입니다. 풀필먼트 마스터는 독립적인 게임이며 Google과 제휴하거나 Google의 보증을 받지 않았습니다.
9. 보증 부인
게임은 '있는 그대로', '제공 가능한 범위에서' 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 중단 없는 동작이나 특정 목적에의 적합성을 포함한 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 일부 지역에서는 이런 제외가 허용되지 않아 이 항의 일부가 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.
10. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접·부수·결과적 손해, 진행 정보·데이터·이익의 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 게임과 관련한 모든 청구에 대한 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 지급한 금액으로 제한됩니다. 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임이나 소비자의 법적 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
11. 변경과 종료
약관은 바뀔 수 있으며, 새 버전은 날짜와 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 계속 플레이하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 언제든 플레이를 그만둘 수 있습니다. 약관을 어기면 이용을 제한할 수 있고 게임 서비스를 종료할 수도 있으며, 종료할 때는 게임 안이나 이 사이트에서 알리도록 노력합니다.
12. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며 분쟁은 대한민국 법원이 다룹니다. 다만 이용자의 국가에 적용되는 강행 소비자법이 다르게 정한 경우는 예외입니다.

1. この規約について
この規約は、フルフィルメントマスター（以下「ゲーム」）をご利用になるときに適用されます。インストールまたはプレイすることで、規約に同意したものとみなします。同意しない場合は、ゲームを利用しないでください。プライバシーポリシーもあわせてご覧ください。
2. ゲームについて
フルフィルメントマスターは、ひとりで遊ぶ放置系の経営ゲームで、広告つき無料です。一部のコンテンツは任意で、Google Playを通じて有料で提供されます。機能、バランス、コンテンツはアップデートで変わることがあります。
3. 利用資格
13歳以上（お住まいの国でそれより高い年齢が定められている場合はその年齢）の方がご利用いただけます。お住まいの地域で未成年の方は、購入の前に保護者の方にご相談ください。
4. 仮想アイテムと購入
- ゴールド、ダイヤ、スタッフカードなどのゲーム内アイテムは仮想のもので、現金価値はなく、販売や譲渡はできません。ゲーム内でのみ使用することが許諾されます。
- 有料商品はGoogle Playを通じて販売されます。価格、税金、お支払い、返金はGoogle Playの規約と返金ポリシーに従います。お支払い情報は当方では受け取りません。
- VIPボックスにはランダム型アイテムが入っています。提供割合と確定のルールは、ゲーム内の購入ボタンの横に表示されます。結果はランダムで、特定のアイテムをお約束するものではありません。
- 買い切りの購入（広告削除など）は、購入したGoogle Playアカウントにひもづき、そのアカウントで復元できます。期間限定の商品は、期間が終わると終了します。
5. 広告
無料のゲームでは、Google AdMobの広告が表示されます。リワード広告は任意で、報酬は広告を最後まで見た後にだけ付与されます。広告が読み込めない、または最後まで再生されない場合、報酬は付与されません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 進行状況、離席中の収益、端末の時計
- 進行状況は端末に保存され、Google Play ゲームでログインした場合はGoogleのクラウド保存にも保管されます。端末とともに失われた、またはご自身で削除した進行状況は、復元できません。
- 離席中の収益は、ゲーム内に表示されたルール（限られた時間、純利益の一部）で計算され、端末の時計を使います。時計を変えて有利になろうとしても効果がない場合があり、結果が調整されることがあります。
7. 禁止事項
改造したアプリやツールによる不正、広告や購入確認の妨害、法律で認められる場合を除くゲームの解析・改変、法律に反する利用は行わないものとします。
8. 知的財産
ゲーム、デザイン、名称は提供者に帰属します。提供者は、この規約にもとづき、お客様の端末でプレイするための非独占的で譲渡できない個人向けの利用権を付与します。Google、Google Play、Google Play ゲーム、Firebase、AdMobはGoogle LLCの商標です。フルフィルメントマスターは独立したゲームであり、Googleと提携しておらず、Googleの承認も受けていません。
9. 保証の否認
ゲームは「現状のまま」「提供可能な範囲で」提供されます。法律が認める範囲で、中断のない動作や特定の目的への適合性を含め、明示・黙示を問わず保証しません。地域によってはこうした除外が認められないため、この項の一部が適用されない場合があります。
10. 責任の制限
法律が認める範囲で、間接的・付随的・結果的な損害、進行状況・データ・利益の損失について責任を負いません。ゲームに関する請求についての責任の総額は、請求前の12か月間にお客様が支払った金額を上限とします。法律で制限できない責任や、消費者としての法的な権利は、この規約によって制限されません。
11. 変更と終了
規約は変更されることがあり、新しい版は日付とともにこのページに掲載します。変更後もプレイを続けた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。プレイはいつでもやめられます。規約に違反した場合は利用を制限することがあり、ゲームを終了することもあります。終了する場合は、ゲーム内またはこのサイトでお知らせするよう努めます。
12. 準拠法
この規約は大韓民国の法律に従い、紛争は大韓民国の裁判所が扱います。ただし、お客様の国の強行的な消費者法が別に定める場合は、この限りではありません。
