Merge PDF Without Uploading

Drop in several PDFs and photos (JPG or PNG), drag them into the order you want, and hit Merge to get a single PDF. It all happens inside your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server. Free with ads.

How to use it

  1. Select or drag in all the PDFs and images you want to combine.
  2. Drag the cards to reorder them. On a phone, just drag with your finger.
  3. Remove anything you added by mistake with the delete button on its card.
  4. Hit Merge, then Save and open the saved file to check the order.

Can I merge photos and PDFs together?

Yes — put them in the same list. For example, "application form PDF → photo of your ID → certificate PDF" comes out as one file in exactly that order. Photos are fitted to A4 portrait with a margin, so rotate any sideways photos in your gallery first.

How do I make sure the order is right?

After merging, you see the page count and file size. Open the saved file and check the first page, the last page and wherever a photo lands catches almost every mistake before you save.

What if the merged file is too big to send?

Tap Compress this file on the result screen and you go straight to Compress PDF on the same device — no re-selecting and no uploading. Merging several photos makes files grow fast, so this is usually the quickest route.

Is it safe for documents with personal details?

Because files are never sent to a server, it's a good fit for IDs, tax forms, bank statements and other sensitive paperwork. You can confirm nothing leaves your device in your browser's Network tab — here's how.

FAQ

How many files can I merge?

Up to 20 files and 300 pages in total per merge. Go over that and you'll get a notice before anything runs — merge in two batches, then merge the two results.

Can I make a PDF from phone photos only?

Yes. You can add only JPG or PNG images with no PDF at all. Each photo becomes one page, fitted to A4 portrait with a margin.

What happens if my PDFs have different page sizes?

PDF pages keep their original size. If you mix A4 and US Letter, the result keeps that mix — only photo pages are fitted to A4.

Can I add iPhone photos (HEIC)?

Not yet — only JPG and PNG for now. Export HEIC photos as JPG from your photo app first, then add them.

Is it really free?

Yes, it's free with ads. No account, no install, and no watermark on the merged file.
