Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of PDF Fit (the "site"), provided by ONLYAPPS ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.
1. What the site does
The site lets you compress PDFs and merge PDFs and images. All processing happens in your browser, and your files are never sent to our servers. The site is free with ads and has no accounts.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only process files you have the right to use.
- Before you submit or send a result, check it yourself for missing pages or unreadable content.
- Keep a copy of important originals. The site never modifies your original file, but it can't protect against problems on your device.
3. Things you may not do
- Interfere with the site's normal operation (for example, automated bulk requests, or redistributing modified code to mislead users)
- Click ads repeatedly on purpose, or encourage others to do so
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
4. No warranty and limitation of liability
- The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that every file will reach the target size or a particular quality.
- Results depend on your device, your browser and the condition of the original file.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for missed deadlines, lost data or other damages arising from use of the site.
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may change features or stop operating the site. We'll announce significant changes on this page in advance.
6. Open-source software
The site uses open-source software including pdf-lib (MIT license) and pdf.js (Apache 2.0 license). Full license texts are available at licenses.txt.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
